1. Returns

  • To qualify for a return:
    • The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made or clearance items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Partial refunds may apply for items that are not in their original condition.


3. Exchanges

4. Return Shipping
